Jonathan Sanden - Writer / Director / Producer
Jonathan is currently a senior in the undergrad Film Production Program at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Extropy will be Jonathan's sophomore effort as the writer and director of his own short film. His first film Adam & Eve was completed at NYU last spring. Click here for a more detailed bio.
Chris has been a professional cinematographer since graduating from NYU in 2000. Last year, he won the cinematography award at NYU's prestigious First Run film festival for his work on the short film Time Enough at Last. He was also featured in the September 2004 issue of American Cinematographer magazine. He has photographed over 20 commercial spots, half a dozen music videos, and more than a dozen short films.

A former epidemiologist with a strong commitment to education, Dirk eventually
wound up in medical school and currently serves as the Junior Chief of
Medicine while he completes his residency training at the Albany Medical
Center in Albany, NY. Hoping to increase global awareness of health and
science issues, he is also an editor of the Albany Medical Review and
continues to write an online column that addresses health, science, and
biotech/ethics issues. This is Dirk's first foray into scientific and
medical advising for a movie script.
Alexis Ward Casting Director, Producer
As a freshman, Alexis Ward attended Sarah Lawrence, where she studied film production, music and psychology. While
there, she interned at Don Buchwald Talent Agency. The next year, she transferred to NYU where she is studying film
production, acting and photography. She interned for the production office, costume and make-up, and on-set for Spike
Lee's film, She Hate Me. She was also a PA for a HBO's Sex and the City farewell shoot, an intern at
MTV for one semester, and a videographer for a Gallatin theater production. Junior year, She was a PA for a Hip-Hop
forum, a PA for The Diplomats' music video and a producer for an NYFA student film. She is also a student of acting
having been featured in two commercials and several student films. Alexis graduated from NYU this past December.
John-Paul Colombo is a fourth year undergrad at the Tisch School of the Arts Film & Television department at New York University. Just recently he returned from filming a documentary in China, and is working on his next short film Spotless. His last short film, Brake, is currently touring the festival circuit.
